Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-06

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") apply to this website and to the Google Ads consulting and management services provided by Stefan Riemeyer, Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee 88a, 10589 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").

Any conflicting or deviating conditions of the client are not recognised unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Service Description

The Provider delivers consulting and management services in the field of Google Ads for e-commerce businesses. This includes in particular the planning, management and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns (search and shopping). Scope and fees are governed by the individual engagement contract.

3. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only. Use of the website is free of charge. Abusive use — in particular automated mass requests or actions that trigger security mechanisms — is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website (texts, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or public communication requires the prior written consent of the Provider, unless statutory exceptions apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on this website.

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to intentional misconduct and gross negligence. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

The Provider accepts no responsibility for the content of external websites linked from this site.

6. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Provider is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state additionally apply.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is available at stefanriemeyer.com/terms. For ongoing contracts, only the terms in force at the time the contract was concluded apply.
